If you're new to probiotics, we recommend starting with one capsule or collagen sachet per day following a meal. Then, work up to taking one capsule or collagen sachet with each meal during your day. We recommend taking one FRISKA after each meal for the best results. It is okay to mix and match different FRISKA capsules and collagen throughout your day, for example: you could take a Collagen Recharge with breakfast, a Women’s Daily with lunch, and maybe a Nightly Reboot before bed after your late night snack!
*Please note that Energy Boost contains 100 mg caffeine and Nightly Reboot & Radiant Rest contain 3mg melatonin, so we recommend only taking one dose per day and being mindful about the time of day you take them (Energy Boost during the morning or day, Nightly Reboot or Radiant Rest 20 minutes before bed).
